The best way to get help regarding all things on the wi-hpc
cluster is to go to Wistar Help Center app in the My Apps portal https://myapps.microsoft.com.
Types of Requests
There are many different types of requests that can be submitted in the new Help Center, but here are the main ones for the wi-hpc
cluster.
- Errors and/or Job Failures: Report an IT Issue -> Report and issue with HPC
- Need Access to Share: Request and IT Resource or Resource Access -> Request access to a resource
- Need to install software/application: Request and IT Resource or Resource Access -> Request software or an application
- Need an HPC Account: Request and IT Resource or Resource Access -> Request HPC Resource
